Fill out the form below for a free trial class at CrossFit Panther City, or join us for our free Community Class- held every Saturday @9:30am. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to class time to meet your coach and tour the facilities. We look forward to meeting with you and working together to reach your goals!
Step 2
From this point, we highly recommend beginners register for our
Fundamentals course
and use this opportunity to learn the movements in a slower paced environment. If you are joining us with prior CrossFit experience, at this point you are welcome to select the best membership option to fit your schedule.
