Barbell Basics (No Measure)

With a barbell, perform (PVC for beginners);

2 rounds:

5 Deadlift w/ Pause at knee

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Front squats

3 Push Press

3 Split jerks w/ pause in catch


Air Force (Time)

20 Thrusters (95/65#)

20 Sumo deadlift High-pull

20 Push jerk

20 Overhead Squats

20 Front Squats

3 rounds for quality:

15 GHD sit-ups, half range sit-ups or weighted sit-ups
